( Massage, Relax, Stretch and Muscular endurance training )

1.熱身

雙腳站在震盤上,採垂直站姿、半蹲姿、下蹲姿,雙手可扶在扶手上。震醒運動細胞,
讓全身可快速進入運動狀態,避免運動傷害。

1.Warm up  

Stand on the platform, you could be upright, half squat or squat. And put your hands on the handle bar.

2.伸展

熱身時可一面進行伸展肢體的動作,
將一腳或雙手(單手)撐在盤上,
進行伸展拉筋動作。
此時支撐點在震盤上的震動,
更能快速傳達伸展筋骨的效果。

2.Stretch

During warming up, you could stretch at the same time.
Put your foot or hands (or single hand) on the platform, 
and stretch your body.

3.肌力訓練

扶盤挺身、仰臥起坐、啞鈴訓練、拉力繩運動
槓鈴負重於震盤上的訓練,
均可使重量訓練效果加速達成。

3.Strength training

To do the following exercise on the platform will 
make strength training efficiently.
Including resistance bands exercise, push-ups, 
sit-up, dumbbell training and barbell workouts.

4. 按摩

當運動完畢,有乳酸堆積處,可進行按摩動作。  1.手部 2.臂部 3.背部 4.腿部
(上大腿、下小腿) 5.臀部此時只要將乳酸堆積處貼於盤面實施震動按摩,
即可消除乳酸堆積。採坐、跪、臥、趴、躺。

 

4. Massage

When you finish the exercise, please massage your body where is lactic acid accumulation.

5. 放鬆

將身體重量放在震動盤外,只要將足部、手部、肘部、放置震盤上震動,
即可達到放鬆全部筋骨的效果(可配合座椅進行)。

 

5. Relax

Keep your center of gravity out of the platform, vibrate your feet, hands, elbows on the platform only. 
Your muscle and the whole body will be relaxed. (With the use of chair.)
